Dan F. Sturdivant, II
Dan Sturdivant serves as the Senior Small Business Advisor & Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Coordinator; OSDBU, U. S. Department of Homeland Security. Dan is responsible for activities and program implementation, DHS-wide, which would increase opportunities for the small business community nation-wide. Additionally, at Homeland Security, Dan’s also responsible for the implementation of the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business set-aside Program; as well as he’s the DHS, OSDBU liaison to the Congressional Black Caucus.
Lousia L. Jaffe
As co-founder and CEO/President of TAPE, Ms. Jaffe manages TAPE’s business affairs, client and corporate relations, and marketing outreach. Formerly Lieutenant Colonel Louisa Long Cullem, she served in the Women’s Army Corps (WAC) and the U.S. Army Reserves for 28 years. In 2015, Ms. Jaffe was appointed by the Secretary of Veterans Administration, The Honorable Robert A. McDonald, to a two year term serving on an Executive Advisory Committee on Women’s Veterans’ issues. In 2014, Ms. Jaffe was selected by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association as the “First Annual Woman Vetrepreneur of the Year” and later that year, she was honored by the White House as a veteran/entrepreneur “Champion of Change.”
