Louisa L. Jaffe

Louisa Jaffe, is Chief Executive Officer and President, of TAPE a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned Small Business (SDVO/WOSB) dedicated to keeping the nation safe and strong by providing technology services, training and readiness solutions as well as management consulting to the Federal government. We are skilled systems developers and engineers, instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs), resource modelers, and logisticians committed to delivering innovative solutions that solve our customers’ challenges.

As co-founder and CEO/President of TAPE, Ms. Jaffe manages TAPE’s business affairs, client and corporate relations, and marketing outreach. Most recently, she started a new Products Division, which will focus on a new approach to training.

As Lieutenant Colonel Louisa Long Cullem, she served in the Women’s Army Corps (WAC) and the U.S. Army Reserve for 28 years.
