Eric is also well-versed in proposal pricing strategy and financial training, bringing a disciplined, strategic approach to supporting growth, compliance, and operational excellence within government services organizations.

Mark Lee serves as Assistant Commissioner of the Office of Policy and Compliance within the Federal Acquisition Service and is a member of the Senior Executive Service. He oversees FAS acquisition policy and drives data-informed strategies to strengthen acquisition excellence across the federal government, supporting more than $100 billion in annual procurement spend and a 3,000-member acquisition workforce.
Throughout his career at GSA, Mark has led acquisition policy, workforce development, and strategic planning initiatives, earning multiple Administrator and Commissioner awards for performance excellence and innovation.
He is a graduate of Harvard University’s Senior Executive Fellows Program and holds a Master of Public Administration from American University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University

He joins TRSS from Empower AI, where he served as Vice President and Deputy General Manager for the Federal Civilian Business unit, leading customer delivery, financial performance, and growth strategy. He previously held leadership roles at ASRC Federal, Solerity, and AMERICAN SYSTEMS.
Ryan lives in Hillsboro, Virginia, with his wife and two sons.

Tom specializes in helping owners prepare for critical financial events, including recapitalizations, management buyouts, family transitions, and other monetization strategies. Jeff Koses is a recognized leader in federal acquisition and currently serves as the Senior Procurement Executive for the General Services Administration (GSA) within the Office of Governmentwide Policy. In this role, he focuses on strengthening the acquisition workforce, promoting smart and effective buying, and fostering productive industry relationships, while also serving as a voting member of the FAR Council. Previously, Jeff served for six years as Director of Acquisition Operations within the Federal Acquisition Service, where he led major federal strategic sourcing initiatives and helped create GSA’s premier professional services contract vehicle, OASIS. He holds a Master’s degree in Acquisition Management and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science.

Dan Muse is a senior finance executive with more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience and deep strategic and transactional expertise focused on value creation within the government services sector. He has led numerous divestitures and acquisitions as both a principal and an advisor and brings significant experience in raising both debt and equity capital. Dan has successfully led cross-functional teams spanning finance, accounting, human resources, contracts, information technology, recruiting, and security. His leadership includes navigating complex regulatory environments, including DCAA and GSA audits, DCMA negotiations, and IRS investigations, delivering compliance, operational strength, and sustainable growth.

DELTEK: As Senior Vice President of Information Solutions at Deltek, Kevin Plexico is responsible for overseeing research, analysis and specification creation for customers in the Government Contracting and Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industries. He provides thought leadership and expert opinion to industry executives and is a recognized expert on the public sector market.
Kevin manages the delivery of GovWin – Deltek's industry-leading government market research and information solution providing essential intelligence to over 6,000 clients. He has responsibility for leading the industry's largest team of analysts focused on the government contracting industry. Additionally, Kevin leads Deltek’s Specification Solutions team of architects, engineers, and editorial professionals producing AEC specification content. Their efforts deliver MasterSpec® – a product of The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the premier master guide construction specification content in the U.S. – as well as SpecText.
Kevin has been on the Deltek team since its acquisition of INPUT in 2010. At INPUT, he played an instrumental role in helping to grow the company from a boutique market research firm to the industry-leading provider of market information to government contractors.
He earned an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland and his BBA in Economics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Kevin has been named five times (2020-2024) to the Wash100 List, which recognizes the Top 100 most influential leaders in the government contracting industry.

With more than 20 years supporting the national security sector, Oliver has led programs that bridge innovative technologies with critical mission needs. He brings hands-on experience delivering AI capabilities, frequently speaks at industry forums, and serves as Dark Wolf’s Principal Investigator for NIST’s AI Safety Institute Consortium. He also sits on the board of the Growth Officers Association.

with their successful transition from small to large. She served as the firm’s Government Contracting Industry Practice
Leader for over 17 years managing day-to-day business operations, to ensure quality and efficiencies, delivering projects
on time, hiring resources, providing the proper technical regulation and standards, including several years as the Office
Managing Partner for the Tysons Corner office. Her specialty is to provide advice on financial and complex accounting
issues to government contracting clients. She has expert knowledge in generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP),
Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CA)S and tax compliance issues.
Christine is highly experienced with various accounting software products for government contractors of various sizes and
often serves in an advisory capacity for companies that are interested in customizing and incorporating compliance into
their system. She was instrumental in forming a software implementation and consultation subsidiary business to clients
using various project-based productsAdditionally, she provides training and writes white papers on government
contracting regulations both internally and for clients.
Christine pioneered the annual CohnReznick GovCon Lunch and Learn Series, in its 16th year and launched the GovCon
Academy teaching government contractors a variety of subjects. She is the co-author of the GAUGE report, in its 9th
edition and served as is the Chair of the Virginia Society of CPAs from May 2024 - April 2025 in addition to being a
member on several other Veteran and Philanthropic Boards.
